While we endeavour to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day, we cannot be held liable if, for any reason, the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Delivery

We aim to deal with all orders within 7 working days from receipt of payment. In most cases orders are shipped within 2 working days.

Repair Policy

Les Vents repairs most woodwind instruments in one of our fully equipped musical instrument repair shops. We also offer discount prices for bulk repairs. All instruments are sensitively and respectfully handled. Les Vents has two full time repair technicians who are experienced in all facets of woodwind repairs.

 

If any of our repairs fail to meet your expectations, be assured that we will do whatever it takes to make it right for you. We are committed to honesty, fairness, and integrity. Proven and well-accepted tools and procedures are used in all our work, and we take pride in our craftsmanship.

 

We cannot guarantee against part breakage or defects in original material on repairs, or damage caused by shipping or misuse.

 

All repairs are guaranteed for 60 days.

At Les Vents we always strive for accuracy in the information and pricing we present. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect specifications furnished by manufacturers, or for price changes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
