Shipping & Insurance

The cost of insured shipping and handling charges are added to all sales. These charges are not refundable. It is your responsibility to pay return shipping and to fully insure the item(s) you are returning. Items that are returned must be in the original packaging, with all accessories that were included in the original shipment. Items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Returned items that do not arrive in the condition described above are subject to a EUR 25.00 repackaging charge, plus the cost of replacing or repairing missing, soiled, worn, damaged or marked items.

Warranties

All items are guaranteed to correspond to our descriptions of them. If within 7 days of receiving your item(s) you are not satisfied that this is so, we will replace the full purchase cost of the item on receipt by us. Before returning the item, you should e-mail us to obtain a return authorisation number. Once we have issued you with a return authorisation number, you must ship your return within 3 business days.
